Refunds

We will offer a full refund if you receive flowers in unsatisfactory condition within 24hours of delivery.

All refunds must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery of the flowers. After this 24hour period, we cannot offer refunds or returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photographs of the items as they arrived.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
