Q: When will my flowers be delivered?
A: All floral and gift orders placed before 9:30 AM are collected on the first morning delivery run. Orders placed after 9:30 AM will leave the studio at 1 PM for a late afternoon delivery on your selected date. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps our courier team eliminate any potential delivery issues.


Q: What happens to my flowers and gifts if no one is home when delivered?
A: Our courier team will leave the items in a safe and shaded area. If there is nowhere suitable to leave them, they will call the recipient for further assistance.


Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: As Poppy In April is studio-based, I’m not always on-site. I often deliver locally, collect blooms from growers, and source new products. If you choose click and collect, please add a preferred pickup time, keeping in mind my operating schedule.


Q: How can I check if you deliver to a specific area?
A: If you’re unsure about the delivery area, please call or email me. I can check with our floral couriers and confirm whether we can deliver to your location.


Q: I’ve missed the cut-off for ordering blooms; it’s a special birthday today. Can you help?
A: Absolutely! Contact me directly—I’m always here to help brighten someone’s day whenever possible.


Q: What ingredients are in your cupcakes?
A: Our vanilla cupcakes contain: Butter, Water, Sugar, Flour, Self Raising Flour, Cocoa, Eggs, and Vanilla Extract. Please note that all ingredients may have been produced on a line that handles nuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.
